Young Life in Greater Columbia has lost a hero in David Poole's passing. Young Life was central in his coming to faith as a high school student in the 1970's and since then, David has selflessly served our YL staff, volunteer leaders, and kids across our city for over 40 years. Often he was behind the scenes doing thankless work for the sake of kids, and many have had the chance to hear about the Savior because of him. 

David was always passionate about helping get kids to Young Life camp, and so we have set up the David Poole Young Life Memorial Fund in his honor. Any donation given to this fund will go directly to sending kids to the best week of their life at a Young Life camp!
